CNAG’s mission is to carry out projects in DNA sequencing and analysis in collaboration with researchers from Catalonia, Spain and from the international research community. The center currently operates several different types of Illumina, Oxford Nanopore Technologies and PacBio sequencers offering researchers access to cutting edge technology for high throughput sequencing for a wide range of applications. The sequencing park is supported by an extensive informatics infrastructure.
